Ser Isaac Armor gone/unobtainable after getting new console

PLEASE HELP

A long time ago I downloaded the Ser Isaac armor I got from Dead Space 2, then I purchased Dragon Age 2 to be able to use it, worked of course.

Some months after that my Xbox 360 broke and I had to buy a new one , at this time I had lent my Dragon Age games to a friend and forogt about them for a very long time, Until I found out about Inquisition and figured that I need to play through the games again with new saves on my new console only that when I was gonna' re-download the Ser Isaac Armor I couldn't find it. I figured that I could do that in the extras menu or something and I checked the UNLOCKABLES MENU and it said that Ser Isaac Armor was unlocked.

But it wasn't located in the CHEST. 

So I don't know how to re-downlaod it, SOMEONE must have had this issue? More people than me must've tried to transfer your downloadables to another console or computer?
