well i'll disable sli then... but i don't consider that a solution, just a workaround. I play at high resolution and i need two gpu to have better performance.

its an sli artifact. and a known issue for PCs.
this game is not optimize for PCs, muchless, multi-GPU systems.
For me, at least, I've had to dumb my system down, to as close to an
XBOX One's specs, just to be get the game into a playable state.
I also have multi-GPUs, and "shouldn't have to" do this to play a new gen game.
But this game has console port written all over it....
From the nearly forced, dumbing down of my system, that I had to do,
to the terrible KB+M controles and camera, to the non-performance changing,
fidelity settings, etc.
But by simply disabling your SLI, you should see an emprovement in the fog,
looking more like fog, and the flickering "should" disappear entirely.
At least until the game is patched/hotfixed/updated, to make it more Nvidia GPU
friendly, and more optimized for PCs in general.
So sad. I'll wait for a patch or a solution.
