Staff of Parlathan Free Unlock not working on Xbox 360 and PS3

Today I unlocked the promotional items for Dragon Age and Dragon Age 2 on my Xbox 360.  All of the items show up under my Registered Game Content.  In game, all of the items show up except the Staff of Parlathan.  It does not show on the Unlocks screen on the title screen, nor does it appear in game.  Has anyone run into a similar problem or have any suggestions?

    I am having the same problem as everyone else. No staff. My origin Id is linked. The staff was the main thing I wanted from the bundle as well. Please fix this.

    I bought Dragon Age 2, when I got home I went on the Bioware social website and redeemed all the bonus items I was able to get, On the website it says I have the Staff of Parthalan unlocked but when I go onto the game and go into extras it doesn't show and it doesn't give it to me in the game. I saw that this was happening to other people to but they didn't really  give an answer. This also happened to me with the Blood Dragon Armor two, Is there anything you can do to help like give me a code or something because I am supposed to have it?

    Hi everyone,

    As we had numerous questions about the Staff of Parthalan not unlocking on Xbox 360 and PS3, I've merged them all into the main thread.

    Answer HQ regular users (and helpers) know this issue was being investigated by the studio and we've finally received an update. Unfortunately, it won't be possible to unlock the staff of Parthalan on Xbox and PS3.

    I know a lot of you are going to be disappointed by this news, but I would like to say a few words about how the team really worked hard to try to resolve the issue, so please don't be mad at them. Since there is no possible workaround I'm going to lock this topic and mark this message as the answer.

    I signed up for the newsletter and that free dlc download i have not gotten anything i talked to ea support and they said they cannot help since the content does not exist anymore this is a major rip off
