Stargazer Achievement Not Unlocking On Xbox

I have completed all other achievements in the game, and the achievement "stargazer" is stuck on 93%. I have met the requirements at least three times, and still no achievement. I've tried different ...

Finally achievement unlocked! As an EA employee suggested, I cleared cache on Xbox, and after I completed once more the last astrarium, the achievement unlocked!!

My game on PC says the same thing....also note that the text of explore the cave and such is greyed a bit and isn't full brightness.

What happens if you set that quest to active?? Mine pops up saying quest complete, as a notification.....
