[Steam] No App Error While Launching Dragon Age Inquisition

Thanku for reply. u suggest "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Local\Temp" folder. > Delete all files and folders > won't it delete my other files too? google said this can cause my other apps and settings to be gone too, i rather not risk it.

     2. Run "Revo Uninstaller" > Uninstall EA app - I cannot find it but I'm quite sure I did not uninstall it

Why would this error happen? Has this error happened for u before?

Please try to install EA app from the link I provided in my last post.

Ok trying to do so. when i run, it says Ea app is detected on my system. I choose 'repair' option for now. Looks like need to reset passw sigh...

Ok so that day after i clicked repair, yes can run Inquisition.  Then now my friend just gifted me DA2- ultimate edition--- same issue pop up. I press install the app once more, it says my system has. this is a pain

2. The ultimate edition includes all the Dlcs- in downloadables mark of assassin show installed, but im at gamlen's house, i don't see the statues of the dlcs? How to be able to see them? Or is it they don't appear until after Act 1?   @holger1405

@fenrispro The studios changed a bunch of these DLCs and made them into bundles. I own this on Steam as well, but owning it through Steam or the EA app wouldn't matter on content since it used the EA app anyway.

A lot of content does not show up for a while in the game. Some of it is progression-based because you have to get to your house and chests before you can use it.

As per Steam

The content should be installed with the game itself. Mark of the Assassin can be played at any time after reaching Kirkwall in the main campaign, though it takes place before the events of the game end.

I did test the download from Steam, Mine shows the same without all the checks but when I load it into my game, it shows all the content I own. My DLC section (in the EA app) shows installed but in the game, it only has one check mark.

Also, keep in mind that the websites that used to relate to the DAO and DAII no longer exist, so if you played before, you wouldn't see errors to servers, or the social site. 

When I load into DAII from Steam and the EA app pops up, you should see this - Mine says EA Play Pro so you can ignore that. 

Makes sure you are also logged into the game, in the settings:

What you can do, if you verify in Steam all DLC items are checked, the EA app shows all items checked, is to go here C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Dragon Age II\addins - Delete all folders, and reinstall the content through Steam. This shows in the EA app as installed.

Mark of the Assassin can be played at any time after reaching Kirkwall in the main campaign -- Shouldn't it be appearing in Gamlen's house Act 1? I haven went to the deep roads yet. When i got the dlcs on my xbox last time, i rem the statues and the special chest were all in place moment i reached.  

Er... few days ago i had re installed the new EA app, it will pop up want to repair, i tick repair. 

Found my Add ons menu- they appear there with 'Manage on steam' ?? what does it mean

Signature edition and legacy are grey out- so not installed? 

I really want to play Mota 

In game i ticked log in to servers, but it doesn show email/ password --- these ive forgotten too, how?

Maybe i try this below step:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Dragon Age II\addins - Delete all folders, and reinstall the content through Steam.
