still crash to desktop (with patch)

I actually had no single player crashes before this update. But I just now recruited Vivienne, got a load screen, and then got my desktop.

I've never had a CTD until this patch. I wasn't in a cutscene or loading or anything, was just walking around Haven.

Getting crashes at some cutscenes, randomly it seems. 

Same here. Before the patch everything was fine and now, post patch, every 10 mins I crash.

I still get the DirektX Error "GetDeviceRemovedReason" with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG, in the boss fight of the prologue

My system:

• Mainboard: Asrock Z77 Pro3 with Intel LGA 1155
• CPU: Intel Core I5 4 Cores @3,4Ghz
• 8GB RAM
• GPU: Geforce GTX 660 Titan (overclocked since i bought it, so it was already overclocked), and yes I got the newest drivers
• Windows 7 HP 64 Bit

So my system fits perfect with the high graphic settings, but it doesnt run an any of the settings, even on the very low setting.

Any useful help is welcome

Usually when i crash its due to the nvidia driver however, this time it went straight to the desktop in a split second, no error message. I logged in and walked from the throne room to the war table, upon hitting enter war room, the game crashed.

Had random CTD Before and with the patch but not very often.Dxdiag

I had frequent directx hung errors pre-patch unless I played offline.  Post-patch getting CTD with no errors at all.  Not to mention the hideous graphics lack of detail, shiny hair, no scars, no freckles, and just a general state of horridness at this point when trying to play.  I gave up and and trying to reinstall without the patch, sighs.

My cutscene crash problems has vanished with Patch 2.

Same CTD problem post patch as before.  Best success I have had playing the game for any time at all is to play on Low Settings and close every single Nvidia process in Task Manager before starting.
