Stuck on Black loading screen after initial cutscene in Multiplayer.

Same thing happened to me. Many of my friends also cannot play MP due to this problem. We are all from South East Asia.
Im from Singapore, 2 from Thailand , 1 from Vietnam and 1 from Indonesia
