Judging by what I've read, I think I shall give it one last go and then I'm just gonna uninstall it if there's no difference.
I've plenty other games that I can play that will not waste my time. It's a shame and i hope that it will work but hey-ho...

Just get a refund and re-buy it whenever your problem is fixed, that's what I'm doing. Customer support took probably not even 10 minutes to help me get a refund.

Another fix issue who works for me (if the performance guide doesn't work and after download the beta driver for DA:I): in the game settings, disable Direct3D 11. I use an AMD radeon so Direct3D change to Mantle AMD for me. The game works perfectly after that.
