Hi Danielle.

I've had this problem myself last night. Tried one more thing earlier today AND IT WORKED. I'm on the PS4. What console are you playing on?

    I am playing on the PS4 as well and so far I have tried everything suggested on this board and nothing has worked. What did you try to get it fix itself?
