The game open a black screen, then closes and nothing happen... HELP!!!

You shouldn't need to run the game in Windows 7 compatibility, Windows 8 existed when the game was released. 😉 Also, firewalls etc. wouldn't prevent the game from launching, they could cause issues with the game connecting to the servers. There is an issue currently with AVG and Nvidia cards causing an issue like yours, but since you don't have AVG, that's obviously not what's going on. 

Really difficult to figure these things out when they don't give you an error message or anything... Hmm... Nothing really stands out to me in your dxdiag (other than your hard drives being rather full, but that shouldn't be causing any issues, especially with just this one game).

Just to rule some more things out, are you using any mods or command line arguments? Have you checked that your computer isn't overheating or anything? (Dust can cause such unexpected problems 😛 ). Were your most recent GPU drivers clean installed? (See Fred's 'accepted solution' post on this sticky).

I hava power problems with Fallout 4 (the computer shutdown aftear a minutes playing it cause high power usage), but i can play Hots, LOL, battlefield, and another games without problem. I already try, downgrading the nvidia drivers.

@sobamelaquena That sounds problematic. Running your computer with insufficient power could damage your hardware. I'd recommend getting a decent PSU, we can't really rule that out as the problem until it's fixed. 😉

Yep, that definitely sounds like a potential factor. Sometimes it's easy to overlook the PSU as it'll usually just quietly do its job, but as a rule for PCs you don't want to skimp on your power supply. 

I bought and EVGA 600B PSU, and the game doesnt run, I try staring the pc in safe state too. I uninstall antivirus and doesnt work. Pls someone help me.

Did the game run on that computer before you changed the PSU? If so double check your connections. Make sure other games that are installed on the same drive work properly.

It was like this. Last year the game worked and I did not try to play up this month bought a GTX 670.

As DAI did not work and had already tried everything, I thought it was power problem and buy a PSU of 600 real watts.

The game still does not work and is the only one with which I have problems.

Fallout 4, heroes of the storm, Overwatch and another works well.

Do you use AVG antivirus? If so you will need to create and exception in AVG for Origin and DAI both, disable AVG while you play or, uninstall AVG and use another antivirus like AVAST or BitDefender.

About two weeks ago, and AVG update began causing DAI not to work anymore with Nvidia GPUs. There is a sticky about that at the top of this forum.

@DarkAmaranth1966 They already mentioned uninstalling their anti virus 😉 The first post also mentions that AVG wasn't what they were using, along with a list of everything tried so far.
@sobamelaquena Is the game still doing the same thing as you described in your first post? Since your issue with Fallout 4 is resolved, I guess we can rule out the PSU as the reason for your DAI problems.

Do you know if your GPU is overclocked (even factory overclocked) at all? That's been known to cause issues with this game in some cases.
Nothing else is really jumping out at me at the moment, unfortunately.

I'm hoping your removal of anti malware programs was only a temporary thing? If not, I'd recommend installing a reputable one (probably not AVG given the current issues. BitDefender or Avast seem to be popular alternatives) and doing a thorough scan, just in case. 🙂 (Especially if you've been visiting pirate sites/downloading pirate copies, as you've mentioned on your other thread).

If your last driver update was not a clean installation, I would suggest you do that. Use DDU to wipe all traces of your Geforce drivers before installing the latest driver again.

It probably wouldn't hurt to remove PlayerOptions_profile from 'Documents - BioWare - Dragon Age Inquisition - Save'.

In the other thread you said the pirated version does work. Did you install the pirate copy before you got the game legitimately or after? Is the game's executable the official one, or the cracked one?
