Trespasser DLC Crash while starting a fight PC

I'm pretty sure it's Lunge and Slash causing it. My game was crashing all the time, but as soon as I stopped using it, it stopped crashing. Try to make sure you and your warrior party members aren't using it.

I went back and removed lunge & slash from Cass' abilities (only warrior in the party) but that has,n't fixed the issue. I genuinely cant tell if its an issue with the lighting, animation, or to programing itself.

EDIT: Upon further trials, lowering graphics settings, playing in windowed mode, removing lunge & slash, or removing all companion abilities has not solved my issue.

Additionally issues that I thought were causing the CTD in battle (barriers and potion use) were not doing so out of battle.

EDIT 2: Attempted slmisfits fix to no avail.

Tried to use the amulets to respec skill points and re-issue them with none of the upgrades purchased for the abilities, restarted DLC, still crashed during battle.
