Trouble loading save from Hinderlands.

Hey guys. I am having difficulty loading a save.  Everytime I try to load a save from the Hinderlands my console freezes.  I have loaded a save from before I got there, and it works fine.  It is just when I get back to the Hinderlands and save, the game freezes all over again.  What can I do to stop this?  I have dowloaded the new patch.
