Tutorial info boxes glitch

I'm getting a weird little glitch that has only appeared since Patch 2 and the hotfix. When I start a new character, the little tutorial boxes that pop up when you do certain actions for the first time, like gathering resources, looking through an ocularum and so on, don't show the proper text, instead that say: "Press [ConceptMenuAlt] to view".I know that you're supposed to press the control key but when I try doing that even with the [ConceptMenuAlt], nothing comes up.

I have included some shots of the gathering resouces, ocularum and vielfire ones. I think there were a couple of others but I forgot to get the screenshots.
