"Unable to load save data as required downloadable content is missing" PS4

My girlfriend picked this game up on Thursday and wanted to bring it around my house to continue playing on my PS4 for the weekend. She downloaded her save files from PS+ and wen't to load the game but encountered the error "Unable to load save data as required downloaded content is missing. Please check your download list and download the content again. Flames of the Inquisition Armor." We tried to activate my PS4 as her default console so we could grab the DLC from the ps store website but we can't do that without deactivating it on her other console (which we have no way of gaining access to this weekend.) Anyone else encountered this issue or can think of a workaround? She doesn't want to lose 10 hours of gameplay!
