Unable to load save games

These are available via Origin:

The Exiled Prince DLC

The Black Emporium

BUT it's looking for these:

Adder of Antiva

Apostate's Courage

Might of the Sten

Ring of Resilience

Seeker's Bulwark

The items above are downloaded as part of the "Signature Edition Rewards", which are available via Legacy Bioware Social Network (BSN) on your entitlement page.

You will need to signed-in to see your entitlements and you'll need to have your Signature Edition registered on BSN.

So I downloaded the Signature Edition Rewards, but when I try to install them, it says that Dragon Age II is required to be installed first. Please install Dragon Age II and try again...

So obviously it's already installed, what can I do?

So I was allowed to install everything once I re-installed Dragon Age 2 for a second time. Yay. Thanks a lot for the help :-)
