Thank you very much for continuing to look into it.

If Customer Support agents with the clearance to fix this require further information from me (the key I used, activation date, etc.) I can provide that when asked.

Hey, Folks

Wanted to drop in before I take off and let you all know I have forwarded everything over to the team for review.

They are now aware of the following issues with the DA II DLC

  • EA app not showing DLC to be downloaded
  • Steam players are having issues with downloading and installing the Legacy DLC

Note: the Legacy DLC page is only for those who own and play the game through Steam: These downloads do not work with the EA app.

Once we get word or need more info, we will post here and let you all know what is happening with this issue!
