Unlootable item in the ground during Hushed Whispers quest.

Question

After fighting a few rift spawns indoors in a part of Redcliffe castle that is accessed after rescuing Leliana, I came upon a loot pile that could not be looted when approached. Am worried that it is one of the red lyrium shards I could be using to complete part of the quest.

I have a screenshot but it appears this forum doesn't allow image attachments. The room I'm talking about is the one with Alexius's special doorway where you need to search 4 different routes for a way to get to him.

I was hoping I'd find a solution here as I can't progress at all unless I find that 5th lyrium piece. Wanted to add, I've restarted this area twice now all the way back from the War Room and still haven't been able to loot that bag.

Any luck finding a fix for this? And does anyone know if EA/Bioware have said anything yet? This is ridiculous...

I have looked all over. There is no response from bioware or ea. And that for a quest which renders the game unplayable. This is unacceptable

Your best bet would be to load a save before that either that loot item dropped or before you entered redcliffe castle if possible
