VC ++ error on download

I've been trying to re-download dragon age inquisitition through the origin launcher and keep getting this error

Error: The VC ++ runtime redistributable package was not installed successfully. Setup cannot continue. (1603)

Sometimes it seems to go on to download the game anyway, but won't work when I try to launch it and it just goes round like this. One time the launcher did try to repair all the files but afterwards it would still just give me this error.

Anyone able to help with this? I triid the suggestions on the support pages but they did nothing.

Thanks for your suggestions.
Unfortunately these didn't work. In the end I managed to get it to work by copying the files from the vc2010sp1 folder to the vc2008sp1 folder (it was the 2008 one that wouldn't work).
Still, not sure why the launcher couldn't sort this out instead of forcing players mess about with game files - kind of defeats the point of having a launcher I guess.

Hey @soul5640

I would recommend to use the repair option in Origin first and if it won't fix the problem, please make sure to reinstall the security updates and Visual C++ by following the steps from this article.
