Way of the Assassin Glitch

Question

So I'm trying to train my rogue with the assassin specialization. I grabbed the quest, got the deathroot, got the assassin tokens, and got the instructions near Cole's area in the tavern. It tells me to craft the knife. None of my requisition tables have it there (I went to different zones, I reloaded, nothing). What am I supposed to do then?

The Murder Knife, which is required to obtain the Assassin specialization, should be available to craft at the requisition table in Skyhold once you collect all the ingredients (the one supervised by Morris).

Could you try to repair option&nbsp;in&nbsp;Origin to see if it helps? Eventually, try to load a different save if you have one.
