Where can i find the english voice over pack!? It doesn't show up in Origin.

So, i just finished downloading the game. I knew from browsing reddit that there is supposed to be a english voice over pack available for people that live outside of the UK or US so they can play with english voices but i can't find it anywhere in Origin. I saw screenshots from people  that had it show up under "Game Details" but it's just not there.

I refuse to play this game in german voiceover. I just played 30 minutes with the german voiceover and it's just so incredibly bad. You can hear that the german voice actors simply didn't give a damn. There is no emotion in the voices and everything just sounds boring and dull no matter what they say. It should be my decision in what language i want to play a game and since i understand english just fine 99% of the times (except for some random words i might have to google then) + the fact that english voice overs are always better than german voiceovers  i play all my games in english.
