#Edit!!!!
I managed to fix it. I downloaded the Dragon Age Inquisition Mod Manager v0.47 from Nexus and merged the patch with nothing, just the official patch. Added the Merged folder to the UPDATE folder inside DAI's main folder and it worked...!!!!
#Edit: Now that the rage is gone, I'll type everything again :P
I am having the same issue. My computer has the following specs:
Windows 8.1, Lastest patch available.
Intel i7 3770K @ 4.4 ( Yes, I tried this without OC AND without Turbo Boost )
MSI TF5 GTX 980 ( Normal and with OC, both gives me problem )
16 GB DDR3 2133Mhz ( Setted it to 1600Mhz and the problems stills there )
Nvidia driver version 347.52. Reinstalled it with clean install.
Restarted my PC countless times already.
Tried with everything on Ultra to High, Medium and Low.
Disabled and Enabled MFAA.
Repaired the game 3 times already.
Tried Windowed, Borderless Window and Full Screen.
Tried 1080p and 720p, as long with a very small window.
I am still tired of watching that cutscene. Can't we have an option to skip those too? ☹️
Could you maybe please send a link to the patch? im having problems finding it and its making me quite stressed out

@xXPikaCuddlesXx What patch are you referring to? Origin should alert you any time a new patch is available for the game (or it may update it automatically, depending on your settings). The current patch is patch 11 (which shows up as version 12 in package.mft, only relevant if you use mods). This thread is very old, so the patch issues they're talking about are quite out of date.
*Ignore if you have not modded your game*
If you're using mods and you're having the white screen issue, the easiest way to get past it is to remove your merged mod folder (just move it if you don't want to change anything/do a re-merge afterwards), then change your version number in the package.mft file located at [X]:\Program Files\Origin Games\Dragon Age Inquisition\Update\Patch (where [X] is the drive you have the game installed to) by adding one to whatever it is (hopefully it's 12, so you should just have to change it to 13). This is so you can load your save. Remember to change your package.mft back before you re-merge mods or put your mod folder back in the Update folder.
If you're looking for the most recent version of mod manager, you can find it here.- Anonymous10 years ago

I just want to add on to the post above me, that I found part of my issue was in a mod to replace the texture for my Dalish Female Elf's "Skyhold Pajamas" outfit. I haven't gotten to the "Discover Skyhold" sene with any of my other inquisitors, but I believe that's what was my issue - not using the default pajama outfit. So far it seems to be holding true.
