Wicked Eyes, Wicked Hearts won't load

I've lowered my graphics settings (except for mesh) and have altered my resolution, but no matter what I do, it still refuses to load after I pick my party members. First the three cards show up and then it shifts into an eternal black loading screen. Any ideas on how to fix it? I've had no problems until this quest.

First, have you tried repairing the game? Do you have mods and if so have you removed them? Command line arguments?

If you have cleared all of those things and it does not work, please follow the instructions in THIS THREAD so that we can see if you have and hardware or driver issues that might be causing the problem.
