Windows 10 and PC Voice in DAI

My PC Voice will not play. The NPC voices and backgrounds play well. I upgraded to WIN 10 recently. Is this the problem or is there something else?

I have found that upon upgrade Windows 10 defaulted to a 7.1 Speaker Configuration. The problem was fixed by resetting the CPU to the correct audio setting (in my case Headphones or 2.1 Either worked).
The problem was not within Inquisition.
Hopefully this will help others.
