Wrong language DA:O

So I activated my English version of DA:O on Origin a while ago, and now noticed I can only download it in German, other language options don't even appear.

I'm guessing this is because I work in Germany and Origin is checking my IP? The client is set to English of course.

I only have the CD key. Do I have to buy it again only to play it in English? Changing registry or .ini settings doesn't work because it only downloads the German language files.

Help?
