Xbox 360 - Black Emporium

I've read everything posted about this... So, let's not go there, please.

I downloaded the BE yesterday. It did not show up at the war table or on the map.

So, I downloaded it again today and it is still not there.

I am using [as I stated] Xbox 360.

What't the issue here? Is there a certain quest? If so, the name of the quest?

I also should mention I did not make a new character, but continued from my current character...

Never mind. For some reason after I got back from the Natalie quest with Leliana, the BE quest showed up at the war table.
Idk why, but that's how it happened for me.

PS Yes, I am synced with the keep.
