xbox 360 controller making dragon age inquisition lag on pc

hi , sorry for my english aint my first language.

so i have dai on pc ( 16gig ram, sapphaire r9 280x cross fire, an ssd and all kinda over kill). when i plug my x box controller the game just start lagging even in the starting menu. if i unplug it its just stop lagging kinda weird and i have only 1 game controller plug in.
