I had the issue that my EA account for my Xbox one was not connected yesterday, so I called customer support and got the accounts linked. But now my xbox one wont connect to Dragon age keep at all. I don't want to have to call customer support again if I can fix it myself first, but I don't know what to do.
Community Admin@Parafairy Hey, how does it fail to connect?Is this when you're trying to start up the game? If so, it sounds like something went wrong.
You can try restarting the console to clear its cache but past that there aren't a lot of steps to take, especially if things were running fine before. Hold the button on the front of the system until it beeps and shuts down, then try again.

Just a few questions here. What type of internet service do you have? (DSL/Cable, Satellie, Cellular, Dial Up or something else.) Are you connecting the Xbox via a router, if so is that wired or wireless? Have you tried connecting wired directly to your modem? Just trying to eliminate possible issues that you could fix yourself.
Hey. I hope i'm not telling something you've already done and so it is totally useless. Anyway, on the keep page, in the pop menu on the right side, once you have opened the state of world you want to import, there is an option to click for choosing that state of world as the one to import in a new game of DAI. If you don't select that, it will take automatically the default one.
