Well oddly enough, on this fourth new playthrough i have been saving right beforeneach h8ghbfragon encounter just in case.... and this time after Kataranda the achievment did push to 80%. I say odd because 2 of the 3 that i had already finished without the achievment popping were startwd after that first patch..... so i dont know
