Bringing down the sky Achievement Not Unlocking

I have completed the "Bringing down the sky" acheivment on 2 different playthroughs on my Xbox series S for Dragon Age the Veilguard and the achievment is stuck at 60% and will not complete and unlock for me. Ai have contacted Xbox support and done all their troubleshooting suggestions as well spoke to the EA support chat and also have done all o lf their suggested troubleshooting methods tonno avail, at which point I was directed here and suggested to post the issue so a community manager can look into this situation for me
