Dragon Age: The Veilguard Unique Chests bugged out and unable to be opened.

I've gotten this bug on two saves now. One was almost to Weisshaupt thinking that I'd get something later in the game to interact with the statues/those chest until I started trying to do side missions where some interaction with the dagger was required. Like most of the other people reporting this issue the dagger doesn't appear on my Rook's side and I can't interact with Statues, Epic Chests or Gates.

I started a new Rook just to test and see if it's a fluke but, right after returning to Arlathlan to do Harding's quest to test her new abilities the dagger vanished after I spoke and sold some items to the  Veil Jumper's faction vendor. I reloaded the save and went into the character menu and saw that the dagger appeared on Rook's side - until I closed the menu and it vanished. So as soon as this bug occurs it completely corrupts the save file.

I think I'm just gonna have to put the game down until this bug is fixed. I'm not sure how something so gamebreaking wasn't found earlier.

I was able to interact with the statues and chests last night but it looks like the problem has returned

I had the same problem; could not interact with 3 circle chests, Fen'Harel statues or Altars. Just finished the Seige of Weisshaupt and I can now access them again. Hopefully it doesn’t break again so I can finish my 1st play through.

Playing as a warrior and everything was fine for me until chapter 8. Literally the opposite of what happened for that fixed it for most broke it for me.

Saved the game and reloaded and now it is suddenly back. So not sure if it is just my playthrough but aside from it disappearing briefly, dagger has stayed.
