Dragon Age: The Veilguard Unique Chests bugged out and unable to be opened.

Since the update has anyone else been experiencing issues opening unique chests? All prompts for opening have disappeared for me. I included an image, showing me standing at the chest with no action ...

Having the Same Issue

sort of causing me to stop playing 

really really annoying as I am sure the Last Dragon Chest should probably have a cool stuff in it

and I am at the point of no return

I have the same problem.I found a secret chest on Monetochnaya Street and it is not active!I downloaded the early save and the problem did not disappear.I also don't get skill points for wolves-they've also become inactive.
