Dragon Age: The Veilguard Unique Chests bugged out and unable to be opened.

Hey Everyone,

Thanks for letting us know what you are running into so far, when you have a moment would it be possible to get the following?

Would it be possible to get more information on this (if you have not already)?

EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
Which platform are you on?
A copy of your save file where this has happened.
If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number (if using the EA app)

We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

The website does not allow .csav files. Is there any other way to submit a save file?

Compress your save file into .zip, .rar, or .7z and it should upload without an issue.
