Hi @da03fdfcaf8047b8 When you have a moment, give the following a try:
- Make sure you have the latest software update.
- Perform a power cycle.
- Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
- Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
- Reinstall the game. If you're using an external hard drive, consider installing it on the internal drive to see if that helps.
Cheers!
I've tried all of these and it still crashes. I contacted Microsoft Support as well to make sure it wasn't some other issue. It's 100% the game.
I have tried all of these as well. The game has crashed on me 9 times so far.
It mostly crashes when exploring or when just finishing a cutscene. It also crashes when idle for a few minutes and right after leaving the pause screen.

Hey @Inkedpilot @rileyjames98 To confirm are you both on Series X consoles or Series S?
Do you know if this happens at the same spot in-game or at different points? Also, would you be able to test another profile to see if this continues?
I am actually using a Series X console.
The crashing happens at different spots: while exploring different areas, immediately following a cutscene, and sometimes during a cutscene.
The audio cuts out first, the game then freezes and then crashes to the Xbox dashboard.
I have not tested with a different profile, but I have tried deleting local saves on my Xbox, restarting the console, then starting the game again for it to pull cloud saves. The game crashed still crashed while playing after trying that.

Hey @rileyjames98 Thanks for the additional information!
When you have a moment, we can also check the following to see if this helps.
- Make sure you have the latest software update.
- If you are using an Xbox Insider build, please return to the normal version of Xbox OS.
- Perform a power cycle.
- Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles), then relaunch DATV.
- Unplug any devices attached to the USB slot.
- Reinstall the game. If you're using an external hard drive, consider installing it on the internal drive to see if that helps.
- Make sure you have the latest software update.
I’ve tried these again and it is still crashing randomly. This time it crashed after I jumped onto a platform. I could move the camera but everything else was froze until it crashed and went to the Xbox dashboard.
