EA Account seems to not be wanting to link to dragon age veilguard

Hello everyone,

      My boyfriend is having issues getting his EA account to link to dragon age veilguard even though, on the EA app on his laptop it is connected to his Playstation account. We are not sure why when it says on the game after it says connecting to services, that it says link or create a new EA account and he pushes continue and there is no one time code that gets sent to him.

I will say this mine does not have an issue connecting to my EA account, it just logs in without going to the link or create screen.

Not sure why his doing it, he has also restarted the game several times and restarted the playstion as well and says the same thing.

If anyone knows what is going on with this please help.

    Hey @mommapanda2014 Just to clarify, do you have two separate EA accounts, or are multiple platform accounts linked to the same EA account, preventing you from playing simultaneously? Just in case, please reset your password and check your linked accounts on your profile page. Our support team may need to check that account to see what's causing the problem and if that won't work.

  • Following. I’m having the exact same issue. Every time i start the game, it says my account isn’t linked to an EA account, then it just proceeds with the game when i hit continue. 

  • I’m having the exact same issue. I get the “account not linked” message on PS5, hit “continue,” and the game just goes on, with no account link step. 

    I logged into my EA account and verified my PSN account *is* linked.

    Hi @jaycquin, If you are still getting this when you launch Veilguard, can you get past the message to the main menu?

    Then head to settings > Other and check if you can select to turn on EA services and link there.

  • Also having this issue, account is linked. It shows no option in game to fully go through and help connect it. 

    When I hit X to continue the process, it sends us to the main menu of the game.

  • I have my own account and my boyfriend has his own account, mine works just fine but his does not. They are two different accounts, I have never had any issues with connecting my account.
