Game wont load or removes custom character.
When I click continue, it never loads my game. If I go to a previous save, my character is back to its basic settings, no customisation. I have to go back and forth numerous times for it to finally load. Tonight over an hour and I've given up! It's unplayable. Even if I go to the mirror it's forgotten what my character is supposed to look like. I'm so done.
