I have checked myself and I know there has not been anything official said about it, but I really wish EA would state whether this game is going to be available on GFN! Really want to play this with all the bells and whistles on and as I don't have a powerful PC, GFN is the best available to me. Also, I don't get why they wouldn't either, surely more sales = more money?!

I see Nvidia has a post about it. It looks like some sort of promotion, but does this mean that Veilguard will be on the service? You might know better than I, but perhaps it has been announced for the library just as you were asking? Or do I have it wrong?
