Jingling sound when walking/running

When walking/running while wearing armour, so anywhere outside of the lighthouse area there is a persistent and extremely annoying jingling sound. It does not matter what kind of armour the character is wearing, or which weapons are equipped. Nothing you do can remove it, and it is driving me crazy!

Please, please remove this sound from the game, or at least add an option in the settings to turn it off. There is no reason for it to be there, since it's not dependent on what is equipped at all. It sounds like there is a loose coin inside something metal that is not supposed to be there. And the sound itself is just a constant repeat of the same thing every two seconds. Please, please get rid of it.

    I noticed that the change has to do with equipped weapons. Instead of it being the same annoying Soundclip, they have updated it that different weapon types now have a seperate annoying Soundclip. However they all still sound like they've been made from cheap materials that have a screw that came loose inside of it that's moving around. Don't know what they were thinking. They definitely did it on purpose and it was a horrible decision.

    What class are you playing as? It was constant with my mage. Don’t think I’ve heard it since starting a playthrough as a rogue.
