Poor Performance - FPS Suttering/Lag etc

@Pikaremo Same issue , I found out that if you uninstall and reinstall it helps, but after a few hours it goes back to poor performance
Performance definitely improved when I initially created more space on the SSD it was installed on, but even after re-installing on an empty SSD the issue persists.
How long did the shader compiling take?
Did you tried to delete and rebuild the shader cache?
(Both, game and driver)First time I loaded the game, over an hour. Now takes a minute or two each time, and when I re-installed it took maybe 5-10 mins.
I don't think I've tried that separately, unless that would have happened when I uninstalled and then reinstalled the game?
