Pre-Order Bonus Digital Code Not Working

Received my physical copy today (Australia) and have tried to claim the physical digital code code provided in the game case (Xbox series x) for the deluxe edition content. Unfortunately the code is not working and I’ve been trying on and off for the last two hours. Is there a known issue with this particular dlc not working? As my second digital code from my games store worked fine.

I could not find a way to submit a ticket/case about this particular issue. As I’ve never had to before with EA.

Any guidance is greatly appreciated!

  • I have bought the disc Xbox version of Veilguard deluxe edition but the Xbox store and the Microsoft website are registering my code for the deluxe edition content, any help would be great
