Hi, I played over 40 hours in DA: Veilguard and now i can't even load the game. It all started with problems with saving/loadnig saves, and now even launching the game. I hoped that the patch will help but no. Now i have even a notification about index file. HELPPPP!!! I'm playing on steam btw.
Okay, so I found what was wrong. I checked my defender programme (Advanced system care) and found out it blocked access to save folder for the game. I deleted it from the list and now it works. Maybe it will help someone :D

I've got the same issue after DirectX failure during talk in Crossroads. Steam app
Oh btw on my side, when the problem appeared after DirectX failure, it was fixed with disabling GPU overclocking (Acer native app used for that) and 'optimizing' graphics settings via GeForce Experience.
Im getting it now and so far solutions are limited and not working
