[Spoilers] First Neve Companion Quest
I'm hoping to romance Neve, but chose to save Treviso. I didn't see that decision coming and did not have a chance to do her first companion quest in Dock Town before this, and the quest disappeared....

There is some dialogue that suggests past decisions might play a role in whether she will entertain it, but I don't put much stock in that being the case. I don't recall there being many decisions you can make that might negatively affect her before the big decision to save a city comes up. At any rate, the romance seemed to get right back on track after one or two dialogues my last playthrough where I saved Treviso.
