The Warden Vault on the Leviathan Coast Will Not Progress

I encountered a bug during the Guardian Vault mission on the Leviathan Coast. After igniting the bomb, the nearby metal sheet and ladder did not explode, and even after replacing the archive, I was unable to succeed. I hope this issue can be fixed, thank you
