[Xbox] Veilguard crashes after character creation

My game crashes as soon as I move on from creating a character. The loading symbol freezes, I get a gray staticky screen, and then it crashes. Half the time my xbox restarts. Doesn't matter if I use ...

    Hey, Rook!

    The team is aware of this issue and has been looking into it. As we are not monitoring AHQ as much anymore, we are not monitoring the new EA Forums.

    Can you please post your issue on one of the newest threads here:https://forums.ea.com/search?q=character+creation&location=board%3Adragon-age-the-veilguard-tech-issues-en&sortBy=newest

    If you do not see a new thread from the past, let's say, a couple of weeks, please create a new one for me. There have been a few updates since the ones I see, so we have to track them. I'm creating a new one now.

    Please include everything you can: Race, Class, and any descriptions that default; all options matter in these.

    This will help us track players who are experiencing this issue, help them find resolutions to your issue, and give us more data to send to the team for review!
