Ability bar flickering

During the final battle against Elgar'nan, my ability bar began to flicker and became unusable. This began after the cutscene where Solas drops his wolf form, but upon reloading saves, the issue carried where it previously did not exist.

I am playing on a PC that fits all system requirements and is up to date. This bug happened immediately after a cutscene.
