Ability wheel gone

I pressed a combination of buttons accidentally and the configuration with fighting V and abilities changed. Now i can’t pull up the ability wheel or change from main to offhand (mage). I’ve seen a video on this being an option for fighting but i can’t find how to go back to the default settings. I’ve gone and hit reset multiple times but it won’t change.
