Achievements not unlocking? (PS5)
I’ve completed all the faction storylines and im still missing 4/6 of the achievements. Only one completed at the actual end of the storyline and the other popped at random. I’m not sure what to do....

I've been trying all day to fix the issue with recommended methods and nothing works. I would have to wager a patch would be the only answer to this problem.
