Altars activate but do not show up as activated on the map

Hey everyone. I know the altars are giving other people problems with some variation, but in my case I have no problem finding and activating them, however each time I go check my progress on the map it still says I did not activate any. Some of the altars worked from earlier on in my playthrough and show up as found on my map. I’m about 80 hours in right now. But now that I’m trying to collect the trophy before chapter 11, i noticed none of the new ones i activate seem to register as found.

Anything I can do about it or do I need to wait for a patch? I’m on PS5 by the way.
