Altars activate but do not show up as activated on the map

Hey everyone. I know the altars are giving other people problems with some variation, but in my case I have no problem finding and activating them, however each time I go check my progress on the map...

If you are on a PC try to repair the game. 

(EA app: My Collection > Click on the three dots on the game cover > Repair)  
(Steam: Game Library > Right-click the game > Properties > Local Files > Verify integrity of game files.)

    Unfortunately I’m on PS5. As far as I know I can’t repair the game. Perhaps deleting the game and reinstalling it might work the same way?
