Arainai's Talon loses its "Permanent" effect.

As a refresher the weapon has...

+30% Necrotic Damage

*Permanently gain Necrotic weapons when entering combat

I was fighting the dragon at the end of the "The heart of corruption" quest and i went down half way through the fight, Revived and then i lost the "Permanent" effect of the weapon.

Playing on xbox series X

2 screenshots 1st is me having the weapon equipped during combat and th4e other is the effect is gone from the effect column on the bottom left where all your effects are shown.

EDIT: i added a 3rd screenshot that shows necrotic weapons being active in the bottom left on the same fight.
