Arainai's Talon loses its "Permanent" effect.

You weren't using the Serpent's Kiss unique ring, were you?  It isn't equipped in your screenshot, but worth checking.  I'm pretty sure that ring will in fact consume the "permanent" necrotic weapons and you won't get it back until you exit and re-enter combat.

I mean, just to make sure.  There are a HUGE number of issues out here that ultimately are because the person had equipped an item that caused that exact effect.  No need to be prickly about it, yeesh.

I mean your asking me to check if i have something equipped that you can see is not equipped, Your being weird about it.

Maybe have a look at the screenshot some more and convince yourself, i already know what the truth is, you just need to accept it too.
