Armor in transmog is missing from the game completely with no way to obtain it!!

I 100% the game and all the veiltouched armor and elven armor along with a couple others are unobtainable that is missleading when you literally have a collection screen showing what you missed in tr...

Yep same. I even went back on older save and 100% all the places, double checked all the stores in game and scooped all the possible corners but still nothing. 
Missing from the list

29x armors 

21x shields

8x 1Hweapons 

14x 2H weapons

35x helm
